IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors needed in each bedroom and
outside bedrooms.Smoke detector is needed in
basement. CO detectors are needed in vicinity of all
bedrooms.
IFC 906 Updated fire extinguisher is needed
IPMC 304.15 Front door&side door need to be replaced.jambs
are broken and hardware not in working condition.
Front screen door needs replaced.
IPMC 605 Light in living room is hanging by just the wires.
All light fixtures need globes.

IPMC 309 Large pest infestation in house. Large quantity of
mice running throughout house,walls, bedrooms,
and cabinets Contact pest control to exterminate
mice population throughout house. Mice in walls.
IPMC 304.12 Handrails are missing to basement and upstairs.
IPMC 304.7 Roof and gutters need replaced on house.
IPMC 304.2 Siding on house shall be maintained weather
resistant and water tight. Siding needs covered with
new material.
IPMC 702 Egress in basement is blocked by several appliances
and old water heater. Remove all debris,garbage
and appliances.
IPMC 305 All water damaged walls,floors,and ceilings need to
be repaired.All mice and rodent damaged walls
need repaired.
IRC 105 Water heater installed did not have permits and no
inspections.
IPMC 603 Furnace duct work in basement has unapproved
items stuck in ducts and ducts are not hooked up in
areas.
IPMC 108.1.3 Structure in current condition is unfit for human
occupancy. Several unsafe conditions exist in house.
