IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors needed in each bedroom and
outside bedrooms.Smoke detectors needed on
each level of house and basement.CO detector
needed in vicinity of the bedrooms.
IPMC 305 Ceiling in living room has collapsed into living room
from toilet leak in upstairs bathroom. Ceiling and
walls by stairs have plaster damage and need new
corner bead installed.All drywall shall be maintained
in good condition.
IPMC 504 Toilet is leaking at flange.Toilet needs re-set on
floor.
Sink in basement leaking and basement is full of
water. Drain in basement is not draining.
IPMC 605 Globes are needed on all light fixtures.

items in egress path need removed and house
organized.

structure shall be have a safe,continuous, and
unobstructed path of travel to the exterior.

in every level of the house. Fire hazard for the
occupants.
IPMC 304.15 Screen door needs replaced on front entrance. Door
is broken and held shut with rubber strap.
IPMC 304.2 Large accumulation of volunteer tree growth on
property.Trees growing out from foundation and
around property.
IPMC 309 Possible bat infestation in unit. Structures shall be
maintained free from rodent infestation.
IPMC 108.1.3 Structure currently is unfit to occupy because of the
egress issues in the house.
