IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors are needed in each bedroom and
outside of the bedrooms.Smoke detector is needed
in basement.CO Detector is needed in vicinity of the
bedrooms.
IPMC 305 Interior walls have peeling,chipping, and abraded
paint.All shall be repaired, removed or covered.
Cracked plaster decayed wood and other defective
surface conditions shall be corrected.
Kitchen floor needs to be replaced.
Basement carpet is wet from water in basement.
Ceiling in bathroom needs finished. Bath fan
installed and drywall not finished.
IPMC 306 Kitchen cabinets shall be maintained in good
condition structurally sound and in a sanitary
condition.
Bathroom sink cabinet should be replaced.
IPMC 504 Shower is missing a shower head.
Basement drain is backing up. Laundry is in
basement and washer is draining all over floor
because floor drain is not capable of draining all
water.
Kitchen drain pipe is not supported and not installed
to meet code. Drain pope is leaking all over wall in
basement.
IPMC 304.15 Doors are missing hardware and locks are not in
wording condition, Dead bolt in rear door is broken.
Missing trim around door.
Closet doors shall be in place and in capable of
performing their intended function.
IPMC 603 Oven is not working and needs replaced.
IPMC 605 Outlet in kitchen is not secured in wall/box.
Basement outlet boxes not secured to walls they are
just hanging by the romexwire.
IPMC 304.12 Handrails need to be installed to basement.Any
area where there is 4 or more stairs a handrail is
required.
IPMC 702 Sleeping in basement. NO egress window in
basement so basement can be used for sleeping
purposes.
IPMC 403.2 bath exhaust shall discharge to the outdoors.
