Smoke detector in basement needs new battery. CO detector is needed in vicinity of the bedrooms. 9-7-49-7-5 Landlord license and rental registration is needed for all rental units. Listed address has never been registered. IPMC 403.2 Bathroom exhaust fan not working and missing cover. Replace exhaust fan with approved fan. Dehumidifier needs direct connection to outlet. Remove all extension cords. IPMC 304.15 Front door is not weather tight. Door needs to fit reasonably in its jamb and capable of performing its intended function.
