IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors are needed on each level, in every
bedroom and outside of the bedrooms.CO detectors
needed outside of any bedroom.
IPMC 304.7 IRC 105 Roof leaking into inside of home. NO permits for
roofing. Roof will need new sheeting put down before
shingles.
IFC 906 Updated fire extinguisher is needed in unit.
IPMC 605 AC units need direct connection to outlets. Extension
cords can not be used.
Bathroom light fixture needs replaced on wall.
Current fixture is not an approved fixture for a
bathroom.
IPMC 702 Egress paths blocked at doors. Door being held shut
by boards.
IPMC 305.6 Interior doors shall appropriate hardware installed on
all doors. Bathroom door needs replaced. Door and
jamb shall fit reasonably well within its frame and
shall be capable of being opened and closed.
IPMC 305 Water damage in living room and bedroom ceilings.
Water damage on walls and floors in the upstairs of
the unit.All water damaged areas will need drywall
removed, mitigate potential mold affected areas,and
replace drywall and flooring.
Carpet removed in living room and now exposed
staples, nails, and tack strip have become a safety
hazard. Replace carpet to abate safety concerns.All
floors shall be maintained in a safe and good
condition.
IPMC 304.12 Handrails are needed to basement and to the
upstairs on the stairways.
IFC 605.5 Extension cords are not allowed.
IPMC 108.1.1 Potential for mold growth in areas where water
damage has occurred. Potential mold is unsafe for
the occupants.
