IFC 907 915 IPMC 704
Smoke detectors are needed in every bedroom and
outside of the bedrooms. Smoke detectors are to be
in working condition. CO detectors are needed in
vicinity of the bedrooms. Need CO detectors on main
level and by upstairs bedrooms.
IPMC 304.12 Handrails are required on stairs with 4 or more
risers.
IPMC 304.15 Side entrance door needs to be maintained weather
tight and in good condition. Door does not fit
reasonable in jamb. Air is escaping at base of door
and on lock set side.
IPMC 304.5 Wet basement. Foundation walls shall be maintained
plumb & free from open cracks & breaks.
IPMC 603 AC not working at listed address. Mechanical
equipment shall be properly installed and maintained
in a safe working condition and capable of
preforming the intended function.
