Flooring in kitchen damaged from water leak. Black
mold growing on walls in bedroom, bathroom,
mechanical room, hallway & kitchen.
Water damage has occurred in laundry room and
water is on floor. Black mold is growing on walls in
storage areas of the laundry room. Bathroom wall
behind toilet is damaged and floor behind toilet has
a substantial amount of water standing on floor.
All damaged drywall shall be removed up 2' ft above
any affected area. Interior walls shall be dried out
and new drywall installed to code.
Bedroom door and main door to # 4 shall be capable
of being opened and closed be being properly and
securely fitting in jambs. Doors do not close and
latch because of moisture and jambs have swelled.
Structure/apartment is unfit to occupy in its current
condition. Black mold is on water damaged walls in
unit. Black mold is a hazard to the occupants and
needs immediate attention
/ mitigation.
Where injurious, toxic, or irritating fumes are
generated an abatement process shall be
implemented to remove any mold present.
Deficiencies shall be corrected ASAP.
