IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detector is missing in Daughters bedroom.
Need covers on old smoke detectors mounts.
IFC 906 Need updated fire extinguisher in unit.
IPMC 605 Receptacles in house have tension strength issues.
All outlets shall be maintained in a safe and
approved manned. Check and replace outlets in
unit. Light in daughters bedroom needs replaced
since it is hanging by wires.
IPMC 305 Ceiling in porch area needs to be repaired. Potential
for rodents/pests to enter.
IPMC 304.13 Every window shall be kept in functional condition.
Several windows do not open and some will not stay
open.
IPMC 504 Bath tub is leaking into basement. Basement floor
drain is backed up and does not drain. Kitchen sink
is leaking under cabinet.
IPMC 305.4 Bathroom sub floor is weak potential from water
damage and should be repaired. Sub floor can be
seen in basement to have water damage.
IPMC 304.3 Address needs posted on house. Currently missing
a#2 on address.
