IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors are needed in each bedroom and
outside of the bedrooms.CO detectors are needed
in vicinity of the bedrooms.
IPMC 504 Water heater supply lines not installed to code. Draft
hood not secure. Brown water coming out of faucets
in unit. Sewer gas smell in unit.
Licensed plumber needs to correct all issues within
building.

Water heaters were installed without permits and
inspections in both units. Richmond water heaters
manufactured in 2014.
IPMC 403.2 Bath exhaust not working and needs replaced.
IPMC 603 Furnace filter needs changed and register needs
cleaned.
AC unit not working in unit. Mechanical equipment
shall be maintained in a safe working condition and
capable of preforming its intended function.

IFC 906 Need updated fire extinguishers in building.
IBC 716 All fire doors need to remain closed and latched.
Install hinges to maintain doors closures so they
close and latch.
