IFC907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors are needed in every bedroom and
outside of the bedrooms.CO detectors are needed
in vicinity of the bedrooms.
IPMC 504 Water heater not installed to code. Supply lines
need corrected and draft hood not secured.
Sewer line is broken and needs fixed. Brown water
coming out of fixtures.Toilet and tub not draining
properly.
Kitchen sink needs newfaucet.
Contact licensed plumber to correct issues within
building.
IPMC 603 Register returned need cleaned and furnace needs
new filter.
IPMC 403.4 Sewer gas smell in unit.Where toxic, irritating,or
noxious fumes are generated it shall be abated.
