9-7-49-7-5 Landlord license and rental registration is needed
for all rental property in Waterloo for 2018&2019.
IPMC 304.5 Foundations shall be free from holes and breaks,
maintained plumb and free from open cracks and
breaks and shall be kept in such condition to prevent
the entry of rodents and other items.
Spray foam being used and is not an allowed
structural application.
IPMC 108.1.5(5) The buildings foundation because of dilapidation,
deterioration, and decay has failed. Currently
foundation does not conform to the approved
building code for the imposed loads that are set forth
in the code.
