IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors needed in each bedroom and one
outside of the bedrooms.CO detector is needed in
vicinity of the bedrooms.Smoke detector is needed
in basement and in attic.
9-7-49-7-5 Landlord license and rental registration is needed
for 2019
IPMC 304.10 Front steps to house are rocking and not maintained
structurally sound and in good repair.
IPMC 305 Flooring on inside of porch needs replaced. Boards
are rotten and not in good shape.
Floors in basement are wet from water getting into
basement.
Flooring under bathroom in basement has water
damage and needs replaced.
Correct all peeling missing, and abraded paint.
Need transition strips and carpet needs replaced.
IPMC 504 Bathroom sink faucet needs replaced.A odor is
coming from drain possible not vented correctly.
Sump Pump installed connected to sanitary sewer
and needs installed to code.
Washer drain stack draining into sump pump and
needs installed to sanitary.
IPMC 605 Electric cord running sump pump and pump needs
direct connection to outlet. Grounding strap not
installed on water meter. 220 V dryer wire needs
stapled to floor joist.
Light on rear of house is not working.
IPMC 304.5 Foundation is leaking water into basement.Walls
shall be free from cracks&holes and not have
defects that admit rain. Spray foam is not structural
to fix holes.Appearance of mold on foundation walls.
IPMC 304.15 All doors shall be maintained in good condition and
able to preform their intended function. Door
assemblies and hardware need to be in goo
condition.
IPMC 304.7 Gutters are broken and leaking around house.
Potentially adding to water problem in basement.
IPMC 304.13 All windows need to close and latch. Repair all
broken glass and windows.
IPMC 602 Amana furnace and central AC installed with out
permits&inspections. Contact licensed HVAC to get
permits&inspection to ensure installed to
manufactures specifications&code.
IPMC 403.5 Dryer is venting in basement and needs to vent to
the exterior of the home.
