Smoke detector in basement is not working. IPMC 305 Kitchen ceiling has a leak from upper apartment potential mold forming on ceiling. Peeling paint in unit will need corrected. Surfaces shall be maintained in good condition IPMC 304.5 Basement full of water. Foundation shall be maintained free from crack and breaks that allow water into basement.
