IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors are needed in bedrooms and
outside of the bedrooms.CO detectors are needed
in vicinity of the bedrooms. Smoke detector in
basement is not working.
IPMC 305 Kitchen ceiling has a leak from upper apartment
potential mold forming on ceiling. Peeling paint in
unit will need corrected. Surfaces shall be
maintained in good condition
IPMC 304.5 Basement full of water. Foundation shall be
maintained free from crack and breaks that allow
water into basement. Remove water from basement
and correct issues with foundation that allow water to
get into basement.
IPMC 304.7 Roof and drainage shall be kept in a condition that
will allow water to drain away from the foundation.
Gutter extensions should be installed to direct water
away from foundation.
IPMC 504 Sink drain is backing up and not draining properly.
Ensure all fixtures in units are installed and
maintained in working order and kept free from
obstructions.
IPMC 605 Outlet in bedroom has the Hot/Neutral reversed.
Outlet behind couch some plugs not working.
IPMC 308&702 Accumulation of debris&appliances in basement will
need removed.A clear unobstructed path of travel
shall be maintained in basement.
IPMC 403.4 Where injurious,to)ac, irritating, or no)aous fumes
are generated a ventilation system shall be provided
to remove the contamination agent at the source.
