IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors needed in basement.CO detectors
needed in vicinity of the bedrooms which will require
2 on main level and 1 upstairs.
9-7-49-7-5 Landlord license and rental registration is needed
for listed address.
IPMC 605 All outlets need approved covers/plates.All lights
need approved covers attached to lights.
IFC 605.5 Remove all extension cords.Washing machine is
plugged in with extension cords daisy chained in
basement.Washing machine needs direct
connection to outlet. Remove all extension cords in
unit.
IPMC 304.13 Windows leaking in bedroom. every window and
frame shall be kept in sound condition,good repair,
and weather tight. Repair all broken windows in unit.
All windows shall be able to preform their intended
function.
IPMC 305 Bathroom ceiling is falling in and needs replaced.
Bedroom walls,ceiling,and closet need repaired.
Peeling and abraded paint,cracked and loose
plaster and other defective surfaces shall be
corrected. Kitchen walls, living room,and upstairs
walls.
IPMC 504 Kitchen drain is not installed to code. Sink draining
into a bucket.Water is backed up in basement and
needs to be corrected. Contact company to check
drain in basement.
Washing machine need drain stack installed to meet
code.Tub surround needs repaired/replaced.
Surround coming detached from tub/walls.
IPMC 304.12 Handrail is missing for the upstairs bedrooms.
IPMC 304.5 Foundation walls shall be free from cracks and holes
and shall be kept in a condition to prevent water
from getting into basement.
IPMC 304.15 Back door needs to be weather tight and shall be
maintained in good condition. Door hardware shall
maintained and shall tightly secure door.
IPMC 504.3 Sewer smell with current conditions in unit.Where it
is found that a system in a structure constitutes a
hazard to the occupants by reason of inadequate
service or damage the code requires the defects to
be corrected to eliminate the hazard.
