IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 CO detectors needed in vicinity of the bedrooms.
IFC 906 Updated fire extinguishers needed in units and
common areas. Common area extinguishers expired
1/2015

IPMC 504 Discharge tube on water heater not installed to
code.
Kitchen sink leaking. Drains in sink need changed
they have sharp edges.
IPMC 605 GFCI outlet in kitchen not working. Microwave needs
direct connection to an outlet. Currently running on
power strip.
IPMC 305.6 Interior doors have holes in them and needs
repaired/replaced.
IPMC 305 Carpet need cleaned/replaced. Several cigarette
burns. Kitchen counter top is cracked and needs
replaced.
IPMC 306 Kitchen cabinets need repaired. Kitchen counter
needs replaced.
IBC 716 Fire doors need to stay closed. Doors need to close
and latch. Doors need adjusted so they meet the
code requirements. Hardware also needs replaced
on fire doors.
