IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors needed in each bedroom and
outside of the bedrooms. CO detectors needed in
vicinity of the bedrooms.

IPMC 305.4 Holes in floors in several areas of the mobile home.
Floors shall be maintained in sound condition and
good repair.
IPMC 305.3 All holes in walls shall be repaired.Walls in laundry
room shall be completed and finished.
IPMC 504&505.4 Water heater installed with out permits and
inspections. Supply lines not installed to code and
water heater is missing discharge tube. Hire licensed
contractor to make corrections and get inspections.
IPMC 505.1 Water shall be supplied to all fixtures in accordance
with the International Plumbing Code.Water meter
shall be properly installed within the mechanical
closet.
Water pipes have been frozen for over 30 days.
IPMC 605 Several outlets and switches missing covers. Light at
rear egress door is unsafe and potential to cause
electric shock in its current condition.
IPMC 304.13 Several windows leaking in mobile home that will
need repaired. Every window shall be kept in sound
condition,good repair, and weather tight.
IPMC 306 Kitchen cabinets shall be maintained in sound
condition and good repair. Drawers and doors do
not function.
IPMC 304.7 Several leaks in mobile home that will need repaired.
Find source of leaks and repair.
IPMC 309 Rodent infestation shall be maintained rodent free.
The owner of any structure shall be responsible for
the pest elimination within the mobile home prior to
renting the mobile home.
R311.3 There shall be a landing on each side of each
exterior door.The width of the landing shall be not
less that the door served.All landings shall have at
least 36 inches in the direction of travel.
IPMC 108.1.3 Structure is unfit to occupy in its current condition.
Mobile home is unfit because of the degree to which
the mobile home is in disrepair, lacks maintenance,
or other essential equipment required by the code.
Conditions in the mobile home constitutes a hazard
to the occupants.
IPMC 108.1.5(2)&(4) Any portion of the structure that has been damaged
and it does not have the sufficient strength or
stability to be capable of resisting all loads imposed
makes this an unsafe structure.
The walking surface of any aisle , passageway,or
exit or other means of egress is so unsafe to not
provide safe and adequate means of egress.
