IPMC 305 Peeling and abraded paint needs to be corrected in
unit. Bedrooms and bathroom have peeling and
abraded paint.Ceiling in hallway also needs
corrected.All holes in walls shall be repaired.

IPMC 304.2 Wood lap siding on house needs repaired or
//replaced. EPM advised siding was on order on
2/7/2019
IPMC 309 Rodent infestation needs exterminated by an
approved process that will not be injurious to the
occupants.
IPMC 603 Condensate pump on furnace leaking all over
basement floor.
