Smoke detectors needed on each level and in basement. CO detectors needed in vicinity of the bedroom. Violation Comments IPMC 304.13 All windows need to be maintained in good condition. Repair all broken windows. Front windows do not close and are letting in a lot of outside air.Windows that are screwed shut wail need to be made functional. Fix ceiling and kids bedroom.All holes in walls need corrected and peeling paint shall be corrected. IPMC 403.5 Dryer needs to exhaust to the exterior of the unit. IPMC 504 Need to install discharge tube on water heater.Toilet needs new lid/seat. Bathtub needs surround replaced. IPMC 304.15 All doors and door assemblies, operation systems and hardware shall be maintained in good condition. Front door needs replaced. Screen door is broken and needs replaced. IPMC 305.6 Interior doors shall fit reasonably well within its frame and shall be capable of being opened and closed. All doors shall have the proper hardware attached to all doors. IPMC 602 Register covers needs to be secured to the register openings. Furnace needs to maintain 68 degrees. Thermostat not functioning as intended. Check furnace and thermostat by a licensed contractor. IPMC 309 Rodent infestation in unit needs exterminated. IPMC 304.7 Ice dams from gutters not being cleaned. IPMC 307 Handrails needed to basement. IPMC 304.10 Front deck flooring needs replaced.All decking shall be maintained structurally sound and in good repair with proper anchorage and capable of supporting the imposed loads. 9-7-9 1-3-2 No corrections have been since last inspection.
