IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors needed installed in all units
throughout building to meet code. CO detectors
needed in all units. Smoke detector is needed in
basement.

9-7-49-7-5 Landlord license&rental registration is still needed
for rental units.
IPMC 604.3 Electrical system STILL constitutes a hazard to the
occupants. Baseboard heat is installed without
permits and inspections.A licensed contractor is
needed for the work.
IPMC 605 All receptacles STILL need covers.All e>posed
Wring will need corrected by licensed contractor.
IPMC 504 Water heater and water service was worked on with
out permits and inspections.Water heater had water
damage and was not inspected by licensed
contractor to ensure it is safe to operate.
IPMC 305 Peeling paint is still not corrected. Floors, doors, and
windows shall be maintained in good condition.
Repair all holes in walls and floors.
IPMC 304.13 Repair all broken windows throughout building.
IPMC 304.15 Entrance door to unit#1 and entrance door to main
main entry not installed in opening reasonably.
Doors shall be fit reasonably in its opening and
capable of performing its intended function.
IPMC 108.1.2 Unsafe equipment in units. Electrical wiring and
heating baseboard units are a hazard to the
occupants.
IPMC 108.1.3 Structure is unfit to occupy because it is unsafe with
potential electrical hazards and fire hazards.
IPMC 304.3 Premises identification is STILL not posted on unit#

IPMC 602.2 Heating equipment is not capable of maintaining 68
degrees. Cooking appliances shall not be used to
heat units.
1-3-2 Municipal citations are being issued for failure to
register,failure to get violations corrected, and for
electric hazards.
