IFC 906 Updated fire extinguishers still needed.2nd Floor
currently has 01/20/2015 extinguisher in place.
IPMC 605 Currently unit is with out electric. Mid-American has
shut off power to unit.
IPMC 305.6 Interior bedroom door still has hole.
IPMC 305 Kitchen counter still not replaced.Top is cracked.
IBC 716 Fire doors still will not close and latch. Doors are
being held open and doors are missing hardware.
Doors shall fit reasonably will in their opening and
able to close and latch.
