IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors need to be in working condition
and installed to meet code. CO detectors needed in
vicinity of any bedroom.

IPMC 305.4 Walking surfaces/floors shall be maintained in sound
condition and good repair.Transition strips also are
needed to be in place.
IFC 605.5 Extension cords in place and need to be removed.
IPMC 605 All outlets need to be in working condition and have
the property covers on outlets and switches.
All light fixtures shall have proper globes installed.
All open junction boxes shall have proper covers.
IPMC 504 Kitchen sink leaking and bathroom sink leaking.All
fixtures shall be properly installed and maintained in
working order and kept free from obstructions, leaks
and defects.Toilet needs re-set on floor.
I(PMC 306 Kitchen cabinets need to be maintained in good
condition and capable of preforming its intended
function. Cabinets pulling away from walls. Kitchen
walls and sink base need repaired.
IPMC 603 Mechanical equipment shall be properly installed
and maintained in a safe condition. Equipment that is
tagged out and unsafe needs to be checked by a
licensed contractor before gas is turned back on.
Owner shall NOT work on gas that has been tagged.
Furnace and water heater shall be checked.All duct
work on furnace shall be replaced that is
bad/unsafe.
IPMC 304.13 Every window, &frame shall be kept in sound
condition and good repair.All windows shall be
weather tight.
IPMC 305 All surfaces to include ceilings,floors, and walls shall
be maintained in good condition. Bathroom ceiling,
kitchen floors, and bedrooms floors need repaired.
Repair all peeling paint.
IPMC 304.10 Stairways decks, porches need to be maintained in
good repair.Wall on porch needs repaired. Need
handrails installed on steps.
IPMC 309 Multiple unit rodent infestation shall be exterminated
by an approved process that will not be injurious to
the occupants. Mice shall be exterminated by an
approved process.
IPMC 1080.1.2 Unsafe equipment is a hazard to life, health, property
of safety of t he occupants shall be repaired to meet
code.Tagged out equipment shall be checked by
licensed professionals.
