CO detectors needed in vicinity of any bedroom. IPMC 309 Multiple unit rodent infestation shall be exterminated by an approved process that will not be injurious to the occupants. Mice shall be exterminated by an approved process. IPMC 1080.1.2 Unsafe equipment is a hazard to life, health, property of safety of t he occupants shall be repaired to meet code.Tagged out equipment shall be checked by licensed professionals.
