IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors need to be in working condition
and installed to meet code. CO detectors needed in
vicinity of the bedrooms. Smoke detectors needed in
basement in both units.

IPMC 305.4 Floors shall be maintained in good condition
throughout the unit in all areas.
IPMC 504 All plumbing shall be maintained in good condition.
Sink drain not working.
IPMC 603 Stove in both units not working and shall be
maintained in good condition.
IPMC 304.13 All windows and associated framework needs to be
maintained in good condition.All windows shall
function as intended. Broken windows shall be
replaced and missing windows shall be repaired.
IPMC 304.15 All doors and jambs need repaired'/replaced.
IPMC 605 Electrical panel in basement is missing slugs.
IPMC 304.12 Handrails need installed on both addresses stairs.
IPMC 305 Peeling paint needs corrected in units and on porch.
Ceilings&walls shall be maintained in all areas of
unit in good condition.
IPMC 304.2 Exterior treatment needs corrected. Open holes
need repaired and surfaces shall be protected from
the elements.
IPMC 309 Exterminate all rodents/mice in both units.
IPMC 304.7 Roof and drainage needs repaired/replaced. Roof is
leaking and ceilings inside are damaged by water.
IFC 906 Fire extinguishers are needed at both apartments.
IPMC 605 All electric outlets need to be in working condition
and have proper covers.All light fixtures shall have
proper globes on lights.All lights on porch shall
weather rated covers on lights.
IPMC 403.2 Exhaust fan not working in bathroom.
IPMC 702 Egress path shall not be blocked.A safe continuous
and unobstructed path of travel shall be provided
from any point in both apartments to all egress
doors.
