IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors need to be in working condition.
Some detectors beeping. CO detector needed in
vicinity of the bedrooms. Smoke detector needed in
basement.

cover. Electric service is not grounded.
IPMC 304.13 Windows not capable of opening.
IPMC 305.4 Laminate flooring not maintained. Floor is unlocking
and separating at seams. Baseboard trim not
attached at floor/walls.Transition strops need to be
in place.Walls at basement entrance still not
repaired.
IPMC 304.15 Doors shall be maintained in good condition. Doors
shall be weather tight and be capable of preforming
their intended function.
IPMC 306 Kitchen counter top not attached to cabinets.

IPMC 504 Plumbing stack and plumbing work in basement still
not corrected. PEX lines need proper support and
stack needs secured.
