need to be repaired.
IPMC 605 SEU cable on electrical service still not changed out.

EPM advised siding was on order back on February
7th, 2019.
IPMC 309 Rodent infestation needs exterminated by an
approved process that will not be injurious to the
occupants.
IPMC 603 Condensate pump on furnace is leaking all over
basement floor.
