IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors need to be installed to meet code.
CO detectors are also need to be installed to meet
code.
IPMC 108.1.2 Unsafe stove. Strong smell of gas in unit.Stove is
not working.
IPMC 305.6 Floor in hallway and bedroom is not structurally
sound and maintained in good condition. Floors are
not capable of supporting normal imposed loads and
need repaired.
