IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Need smoke detectors in each bedroom and outside
bedrooms. CO detectors are needed in vicinity of the
bedrooms.

IPMC 605 All switches and outlets will need covers installed.
Light in closet will need replaced. Light in dining
room and living room will need fixture boxes installed
so lights just don't hang from wires and grid from
drop ceiling. Ceiling fan in kitchen needs installed to
meet code because in its current condition it is
unsafe and unbalanced. Light in basement bathroom
needs to be hardwired.
Several outlets in house are not grounded.
All lights will need globes installed. Globe in hallway
light is very unstable.
Obtain a licensed electrician to make electrical
changes to have system made safe.
Light on front porch will need to be hardwired.
Repair all holes in walls. Hole in wall where a switch
was will need covered.
All lights and fixtures will need installed correctly by
licensed electrical contractor.
Repair all exposed wires.
IPM C 504 Basement shower does not work.All plumbing
fixtures shall be in working condition and installed to
do their intended function.
Water on basement floor will need corrected.
Bathroom sink and cabinet will need
replaced/repaired so they are connected to meet
code. Currently base is not secured to wall and
maintained in good condition.
Repair drain on bathroom tub.
IPMC 305 Cracked and abraded paint throughout will need
corrected.
Door to pantry will need replaced.
Cold air return register vent will need secured to
wall.
Loose tiles on floor in basement will need removed.
IPMC 307 Handrail will need installed to basement.
IPMC 304.7 Gutter on back of house installed to low on facia.
IPMC 306 Bath vanity is unsafe and needs replaced.All
components of a structure and equipment shall me
maintained in good repair,structurally sound,and in
sanitary condition.
Shower doors to upstairs shower will need replaced
so the doors will not fall out of the track.
Fence gate on the exterior by garage will need
repaired.
IPMC 702 Bedrooms in basement will need egress windows
installed.
IPMC 304.15 Screen doors shall be repaired. Doors do not have
door shocks or chains. Back screen door does not
have a latch on door.
IFC 906 Updated fire extinguisher will need installed in unit.
