IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors needed in every bedroom and one
outside of the bedrooms. Smoke detectors need to
be in working condition and be dual sensor. CO
detector is needed outside of the bedrooms.

IPMC 305.4 Kitchen floor shall be maintained in sound condition
and in good repair.
Bath floor shall be maintained in sound condition
and in good repair. Sub floor in bathroom is rotted
from water damage and shall be replaced.
IPMC 305 Holes in walls shall be repaired. Peeling and
abraded paint shall be repaired. Interior surfaces
shall be maintained in clean and sanitary condition.
Install new baseboard throughout that is missing.
Walls shall be painted with paint that can be
cleaned.
Kitchen cabinets shall be kept in good condition.
Current cabinet by stove in unsafe and not secured
to wall.
IPMC 504 Toilet is loose on floor and bathroom is missing sink.
All fixtures shall be installed and maintained free of
defects and shall be kept free from defects and
capable of performing the function for which fixtures
are designed.
IPMC 309 Pest infestation shall be monitored and maintained
free from insects and rodents.
IPMC 304.13 All windows shall be in good repair and weather tight.
Repair all broken glass and make sure all windows
shall be easily openable and capable of being held
in position by window hardware.
Windows are missing cranks.
IPMC 304.14 All windows shall be supplied with screens.
IPMC 108.1.2 Exposed nails in unit.
IPMC 305.6 All interior doors including closet doors, and coat
closet doors shall be installed and operable and
intended.
IPMC 603 Thermostat shall be properly installed and
maintained in a safe working condition.Thermostat
batteries being held in by band-aids.
Refrigerator needs replaced.
IPMC 304.10 Front porch needs to be maintained structurally
sound, in good repair,and capable of supporting the
imposed loads. Concrete is in poor condition and
brick supports underlying concrete is unsafe. Posts
for porch roof not secured to base. Concrete is
decayed from years of use.
IPMC 605 Porch light not working.
Electrical closed has items stored inside that need
removed.
IPMC 304.7 Missing gutter extensions on building.
IPMC 306.1.1.2 Concrete that has been subjected to deterioration,
fractures, spalling, and become dislodged or failing
shall be repaired.
