Smoke detectors need to be in working condition and be dual sensor. CO detector is needed outside of the bedrooms. Violation Comments IPMC 305.4 Kitchen floor shall be maintained in sound condition and in good repair. Bath floor shall be maintained in sound condition and in good repair. Sub floor in bathroom is rotted from water damage and shall be replaced. IPMC 305 Holes in walls shall be repaired. Peeling and abraded paint shall be repaired. Repair all broken glass and make sure all windows shall be easily openable and capable of being held in position by window hardware. Windows are missing cranks. Electrical closed has items stored inside that need removed. IPMC 304.7 Missing gutter extensions on building.
