Violation Comments
IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors are needed in every bedroom and
one(1)outside of the bedrooms. CO detectors are
needed in vicinity of the bedrooms.Smoke detector
is needed in basement.
Violation Comments
IPMC 605 Outlets in living room, room off dining room, all
bedrooms,and bathroom are not grounded. Outlets
need to be grounded.
Electric panels in basement need to have covers
installed.
Electrical service will need to be grounded to code.
Grounding strap in not hooked up to the water
service. Electrical service will need grounded to
water service and also outside by 2 8'ft ground
rods.
Exposed wires in ceiling above electric panels needs
terminated.
Outlets in upstairs bedrooms need to be secured in
the fixture. Outlet is pulling out of the box.
IFC 906 Need an updated fire extinguisher in the unit.
9-7-49-7-5 Landlord license and rental registration is required
for all rental units in Waterloo.
