IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors needed installed to code and CO
detectors needed installed.

IPMC 304.10 Stairs, handrails, guards to the upper unit need
replaced. Exposed nails and several hazards
present with current stairs.
IFC 605.5 Remove all extension cords. Electric powers strips
with extension cords laying in the kitchen sink.
IPMC 605 Several electrical issues throughout the unit need
attention. Outlets pulling out of the walls,fan
hanging on wall in bedroom is unsafe.All lights need
globes.All fixtures need covers and all lights need to
be in working condition.
IPMC 603 Refrigerator was not working on initial inspection.
IPMC 305 Ceiling tiles missing.
Floor in front bedroom is slopped severally and all
structural members need checked to ensure all
imposed loads are safe.
IPMC 403.2 Exhaust fan needs installed in bathroom. Exhaust
fan needs to be in working condition.
IPMC 304.15 Doors need to be in functional condition.
IPMC 109 Imminent Danger Electric system is currently unsafe to the occupants.
IPMC 108.1.5 Unsafe deck, stairs, and waling surfaces currently in
place. Faulty construction is present and is likely to
partially or completely collapse.
Repairs need to commence or unit will need to be
vacated.
