IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors needed in each bedroom and
outside of the bedrooms. Smoke detector needed in
basement and on each level. CO detectors needed
in vicinity of any bedroom.

IPMC 304.13 Every window and frame shall be kept in sound
condition,good repair and weather tight. Broken
glass shall be replaced. Glass shall be glazed in its
opening to code.Windows shall function and shall
be easily op enable and capable of being held in the
position by the window hardware.
Window in stairwell, bathroom window and windows
on porch need corrected.Windows through out the
house needs looked at.
Window frames shall be maintained in good
condition in house and on porch.
IPMC 304.15 All doors and hardware shall be maintained in good
condition. Locks and hardware shall tightly secure
the door. Entrance doors and door jams need
replaced.
Side entrance door is missing a hinge.
Interior doors shall function as manufactured.
Front, side, and rear doors need replaced.
Windows in doors shall be replaced. Nails used in
doors shall be removed for fear of causing injury to
occupants.
IPMC 305 All peeling and abraded paint shall be corrected.
Walls shall be maintained in good,clean,and
sanitary condition.
Bath floor shall be maintained good condition.
Bedroom ceiling and bathroom ceiling have water
damage from some type of leak.
IPMC 504 Tub surround is coming loose and needs replaced.
Bathroom sink has no water pressure and will need
corrected.
Drain in basement is backed up and will need
repaired.
IPMC 307 Missing handrail to basement.
IPMC 605 Electric panel is unsafe and potential to cause injury
when changing fuses. Outlets through out house
need grounded. Check electric system to ensure
safety.
All switches shall function as intended. Switches are
broken and need replaced.All outlets need to be in
working condition.
IPMC 702 Egress path blocked to side door and to basement.
IPMC 304.5 Foundation walls shall be free from holes and
breaks.Walls are leaking water into basement.
IPMC 603 Stove in not functioning as manufactured and needs
repaired or replaced.
IFC 315 General storage in basement need T clearance
around mechanical appliances and electric panel.
