Smoke detectors needed in each bedroom and
outside of the bedrooms. Smoke detector needed in
basement. CO detectors needed in vicinity of the
bedrooms.

IFC 605.5 Extension cords and multiple adapters are in use
and need removed.
IPMC 605 Electric outlets wired wrong. Kitchen and room by
bathroom have outlets that have the hot / neutral
reversed. Also outlets in living room not working.
Room outside bathroom the outlet has a broken off
ground pin stuck in outlet.
All light fixtures shall be provided with proper globes
installed on fixtures.

Entrance door falling off hinges and needs repaired.
Trim pulling off wall needs repaired.
Door hardware and locking devices shall be
maintained in good condition on main entry door.
Lock is loose and needs secured in door.
All holes in walls need repaired. Peeling paint shall
be corrected.
Bathroom sink does not drain. Water pressure in
shower not adequate to provide supply of water to
fixture.
Toilet in not secure on floor and needs re -set or
replaced.
Every window shall be easily openable and capable
of being held in position by window hardware.
Common hallways and stairways shall be lighted with
not less that a 60 watt incandescent bulb. Bulbs
missing in stairway to upper units.
Fuel burning appliances (stove) shall be maintained
in good condition. Burners not working on one side
and oven not working.
Updated fire extinguishers needed in building.
