hallway.

Light fixture in 2nd floor common hallway is missing a
globe. Outlet in 1st floor common hallway is missing
a cover.
IPMC 605 Exposed wires to light fixture in dining room /
Kitchen.
IPMC 305 Ceiling in dining room / kitchen has had water
damage. Ceiling in kids bedroom has water damage
and needs corrected.
Water damage in mechanical room with the
presence of mold in & on walls from water damage.
Mitigate all water damage and mold.
Curtain rods not installed in bedrooms and exposed
nails falling onto floor.

and ensure toilet if functioning as intended.

IPMC 702 Patio exit door needs to be free from obstructions.
Blind over door does not work as intended. Missing
door hardware on screen door.
IFC 907 Smoke detector in not working in bedroom.
