IPMC 305.3 Tub surround needs to be maintained in good
condition,clean, &sanitary.Window in shower is still
leaking and not sealed. Drywall has been removed
from basement walls because of water damage.
Wood studs are decayed from water damage and
shall be corrected. Remove all water damage and
mitigate potential mold growth.
Heat register on living room floor is not secure to
register opening.
Need to find source of leak and repair so air quality
in basement is improved.
IPMC 504 Water leak in basement occurring at meter. Potential
mold growth in basement. Correct water leak in
basement.
IPMC 304.13 All windows shall be kept in sound condition, good
repair,and weather tight.
IPMC 304.14 Insect screen needed on windows.
