IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors needed in each bedroom and
outside of the bedrooms. CO detector is needed in
vicinity of the bedrooms.

IPMC 305.3 Ceilings and floors have water damage from leaks.
All peeing, chipping,and abraded paint shall be
repaired.All surfaces with water damage shall be
repaired. Closet has water damage and hallway and
ceiling to units 2&3 has damage.
All holes in walls shall be corrected.
Kitchen cabinets shall be repaired and maintained in
good condition. Sink cabinet needs repaired.
Cabinets need doors and drawer fronts.
Ceilings are leaking throughout the property. Find
and correct leaks.
All carpets shall be maintained in clean,sanitary,
and good condition.
IPMC 304.15 All doors and assemblies shall be maintained in
good condition. Door jams broken and doors not
weather tight.
IPMC 504 Plumbing fixtures shall be installed in working
condition. No water pressure in unit.
IPMC 605 All light fixtures shall have proper globes installed on
all lights.All switches will need approved covers.
IPMC 304.13 All windows shall be be maintained and shall be
easily operable and capable of being opened.
Windows shall have proper ventilation of habitable
rooms.
