Smoke detectors needed outside of bedrooms and 1
in each bedroom. CO detectors needed in vicinity of
the bedrooms on each level. All detectors in place
need to be in working condition.

IPMC 305 Mold in closet in basement bedroom needs to be
mitigated. Remove carpet and damaged paneling. All
surfaces shall be maintained in good, clean and
sanitary condition. Remove all water damaged
material and discard.
Completely clean up mold and dry water damaged
areas.

Gutter extensions need installed to stop water
damage from getting into basement through
foundation.
