outside of the bedrooms. CO are needed in vicinity
of the bedrooms.

Egress doors shall be required to have a landing on
each side of the door.
All windows located in unit shall be equipped with a
locking device.
All peeling and abraded paint needs corrected.
All doors shall have approved locking devices on
doors. All hardware shall be maintained in good
condition. Jams and assemblies currently broken
and not latch or throws installed in jams.
Handrail loose and needs repaired.
Gutters and sofit area still not repaired.
Sink in kitchen not working. Faucet continues to run
and will not shut off.
