IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors are needed in each bedroom and
outside of the bedrooms. Smoke detector is needed
in basement. CO detectors are needed in vicinity of
the bedrooms.

IPMC 304.15 Front screen doors is broken. Back egress door is
not secure in its opening. Front door jam is broken
and needs replaced.All doors need replaced.
IPMC 305.6 Interior doors missing and broken. Replaces all
broken doors in house. Repair/replace all door trim.
IPMC 605 Exposed electrical wires in entry way. Outlets in living
room are not grounded and need corrected. Missing
outlet covers and switch covers.All lights fixtures will
need approved globes. Rear light on back of house
needs hard wired and not run with extension cord.
IPMC 603 Registers missing vent covers.
IPMC 306 Stairway to the upstairs are unsafe and need
repaired. Missing transition strips in several of
house. Basement floor is busted and missing
concrete.
IPMC 504 Basement drain is backed up in basement. Shower
drains into basement. Hardware for shower in not
installed and maintained.
IPMC 304.13 Repair all windows that are broken in house and on
porch.
IPMC 304.10 Deck, stairs and handrails need replaced on rear of
house.
IPMC 304.7 Roof and gutters need replaced.
IPMC 108.1.3 Unfit to occupy.
IPMC 702 Egress path in obstructed on porch by front door.
1-3-2 Municipal citation shall be issued for failure to
correct code violations.
