IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors missing. Install detectors to meet
code.Also CO detectors need installed in vicinity of
the bedrooms.

IPMC 304.12 Handrails missing to basement still have not been
installed.
IPMC 504 Water supply lines to washer need secured to wall.
Hot supply line is leaking to washer.These items still
have not been corrected.
Shower in basement is not functional and needs
removed.
IPMC 304.6 Basement walls shall be free from holes, breaks, and
maintained in a weatherproof condition. Presence of
mold on walls.
IPMC 304.15 Door to be maintained. Screen door has not been
replaced as of this re-inspection.
IPMC 605 Outlet in kitchen is sparking and has not been
repaired yet.
IPMC 404.4.2 Access from bedrooms shall not constitute the only
means of access to other bedrooms. Occupants
have to go through one bedroom to gain access to
the other bedroom.
IPMC 403.5 Dryer exhaustion in to basement. Dryer exhaust
need to exhaust to the outside of the structure.
