IPMC 504 Water supply lines to washer need secured to wall. Hot supply line is leaking to washer.These items still have not been corrected. Shower in basement is not functional and needs removed. Screen door has not been replaced as of this re-inspection. IPMC 605 Outlet in kitchen is sparking and has not been repaired yet.
