IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors are needed installed to meet
current code. Installed in bedrooms and outside of
the bedrooms. CO detectors needed in vicinity of the
bedrooms upstairs and down stairs. Detectors
missing from mounting brackets on 1 st floor. House
listed as a 4 bedroom.
IPMC 403.2 Exhaust fan in basement bathroom does not have
proper ventilation and is not drawing air to the
outside.
IPMC 605 Electrical fixture on ceiling in basement by bathroom
need approved cover. Outlet in living room on North
wall not working.
Electrical meter stack on rear of house will need a
cover installed.
IPMC 304.7 Gutters on house are plugged with debris and they
shall be adequate to prevent water in the walls or the
interior portion of the structure.
IPMC 305 Appearance of mold in the basement bathroom.
Surfaces shall be maintained in good,clean,and
sanitary condition.Abate presence of mold on
damaged drywall.
