IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors needed in every bedroom and
outside of the bedrooms Smoke detector is missing
in basement. STILL NOT CORRECTED.

IPMC 504 Newwater heater installed is not installed to meet
code and did not have the required permits&
inspections obtained.
Our office will need contractor information on who
installed the water heater. Citations will be issued for
failure to obtain permits&inspections and also for
not being a licensed contractor in Waterloo.
IFC 906 Need an updated fire extinguisher in unit. STILL NOT
UPDATED.
IPMC 605 All appliances will need direct connection to outlets.
The use of power strips and extension cords for
appliances in not allowed.
SEU cable on the electric service on exterior of the
house needs replaced. Have a licensed electrician
replace the service on house. STILL NOT DONE.
IPMC 305 Peeling&abraded paint needs to be corrected in
unit. Bedrooms and bathroom have peeling and
abraded paint.All holes in walls shall be repaired.
STILL NOT DONE.
IPMC 304.7 Roof an sofit area needs maintenance. Sofit area
has rotted and decayed material that needs
replaced. STILL NOT DONE.
IPMC 304.2 Siding on house is falling off house and needs
attention. Several areas of siding is decayed and
wood siding is not attached to house. STILL NOT
DONE.
IPMC 309 Rodent infestation shall be exterminated by an
approved process that will not be injurious to the
occupants. Rodents getting house through
deteriorated holes in siding and foundation.
IPMC 603 Condensate pump on furnace is leaking all over
basement floor.
1-3-2 Municipal will be issued to unlicensed contractor
installing water heater and also for not obtained
permits&inspections.
