IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors are needed to be installed to meet
code.Also CO detectors are needed to be installed
to code requirements. Smoke detectors needed in
each bedroom and outside of the bedrooms. CO in
vicinity of bedrooms.

IPMC 108.1.3 Rental unit unfit to occupy. Rental does not meet
current rental code.
IPMC 605 Electrical disconnect on rear of house for AC has not
cover.
Also electric cord running from basement through
the foundation to the exterior of house needs
removed.
IIPMC 304.13 Windows are not maintained in sound condition and
good repair. Boarded windows in structure and other
are broken.
IPMC 304.15 Doors are not maintained and do not have good
door assemblies. Hardware missing and house is not
able to be secured.
IPMC 304.2 Protective treatment shall be maintained in good
condition.
IPMC 304.7 Gutters and roof need repaired. Gutters are full of
debris and mot allowed to drain as intended.
9-7-49-7-5 2019 Rental registration is due.
IPMC 104.2 Rental inspection for the structure is required before
renting unit. Contact our office for a rental inspection
so a certificate of occupancy can be issued.
