all rental units.

IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors needed in each bedroom and
outside of the bedrooms. CO detectors are needed
outside of bedrooms and need to be battery backup
capable.
IPMC 305 Peeling and abraded paint through the house need
corrected.Water damaged areas also need
corrected.
IPMC 304.7 Roof and gutters need attention. Gutters falling off
house and roof in some areas are leaking. Ceilings
leaking in areas of house.
IFC 605.5 Extension cords in use and they need removed.
Appliances need direct connection to outlets.
IPMC 605 Light in stairway does not work.
Need to maintain 3 ft clearance to electrical panel.
IPMC 305.6 Interior doors shall be maintained in good condition.
One bedroom door is in bad shape and needs
replaced.
IPMC 504 Bath tub is cracked and needs replaced.
Draft hood on water heater needs to be secured to
water heater.
IPMC 308 702 Used appliances in basement need removed. Need
to keep an unobstructed egress path out of
basement. Need to keep a safe continuous and
unobstructed path of travel from any point in a
building of structure to the public way.
IPMC 307 Handrail to basement needs repaired and installed
to meet code.
IPMC 603 Vent needed on furnace or install galvanized panel
screwed to duct.
IPMC 305.4 Stairs to basement shall be maintained in sound
condition and good repair.
IPMC 306 Component serviceability: Kitchen cabinets shall be
kept in sound condition and able to do its intended
function. Drawers and doors shall be capable of
being in good condition.
