IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors are needed in bedroom and
outside of the bedrooms. CO detector is needed in
vicinity of the bedrooms.

IPMC 305 Ceiling in kitchen, living room,and bedroom need
repaired from water damage. Peeling paint in
bedroom needs repaired.
IPMC 309 Rodent infestation. Rodents can be heard running in
ceiling be tenant.
IPMC 504 Sink is leaking.
Leaking fixtures in upper apartment leaking into
lower unit.
Have areas checked that are water damaged to
ensure the areas affected are not contaminated with
mold or mildew. Once areas are corrected replace
damage ceiling tiles.
IPMC 605 Switch cover needed for entryway switch. Outlet in
living room below thermostat needs replaced.Wire
mold needs re-secured to wall in living room and
outlet is loose on wall.
IPMC 304.15 Front door needs new weather seal. Door currently
is not weather tight.
IPMC 304.13 Front window is leaking in unit.
IPMC 404.7 Food preparation area in kitchen is missing some
drawer fronts on kitchen cabinets.
