Smoke detectors needed in each bedroom and one
outside of the bedrooms. CO detector needed in
vicinity of the bedrooms.

Foundation walls have several cracks and walls have
shifted. Walls have leaks and water coming through
the cracks. Foundation shall be free from holes,
breaks, and loose or rotting materials and
maintained in plumb and free from defects.
Front stairs need replaced and built to meet code.
Currently the stairs in place are unsafe and
unstable.
IPMC 605 Several outlets are not working. Light fixtures will all
need globes installed. Have electrician bring service
to meet code.
Ceiling in dining room shall be replaced because it is
unsafe.
Bathroom light switch needs replaced. All switches
need checked to ensure they are in good condition.
Electrical service is not grounded.
IPMC 305 All peeling and abraded paint shall be repaired,
removed or covered. Cracked or loose plaster,
decayed wood and other defective conditions shall
be corrected
All carpet shall be removed and replaced. Transition
strips shall be installed where needed.
Remove all kitchen cabinets and replace. Cabinets
all have water damage.
Remove and replace all decayed wall paper.
Repair all holes in walls.

Chimney will need checked and cleaned.
Update current fire extinguisher.
All broken windows need replaced. All windows,
frames, and hardware shall be kept in good
condition. Locks need to be in working condition.
IPMC 504 Toilet needs replaced. All plumbing fixtures shall be
maintained in working order and shall be kept free
from leaks and defects.
Water heater is not installed to code and will need to
be replaced. Flue not installed and debris from
chimney is in exhaust chamber.
Water meter is missing.
Sewer stack has drain cap missing.

Front and side entrance doors need replaced. Doors
shall be maintained in good condition and able to
preform their intended function. Doors need to be
weather tight.
Basement floor needs repaired and be free from
cracks that leak water.
Basement stairs need repaired. Risers have holes in
them
Handrails and guards will need to be in place to
basement.
