Violation Comments IPMC 503.4 Bathroom floor needs replaced. Floors shall be maintained in sound condition and good repair. Mold present from water getting into floor because of no tub seal. Floor shall be maintained to be a smooth surface, hard nonabsorbent surface to permit such floor to be easily cleaned and kept in a sanitary condition. Need to install newtub seal. IPMC 305 Bathroom ceiling in shower needs repaired. Peeling and abraded paint needs corrected. Shower cavity and surround needs replaced. Mold present in walls from water damage.Tiles missing and holes in walls in shower. Repair all holes in walls in bedroom. IPMC 403.2 Exhaust fan is missing a cover. IPMC 305.3 Bathroom cabinet is not in a sanitary condition. Wood in cabinet is decayed from water damage and shall be corrected. IPMC 304.15 Entrance door to unit#1 is not weather tight and maintained in good condition.Air is getting into unit because door does not fit reasonably in its opening. IPMC 603 Replace filter on exhaust over stove and clean hood. Common Areas IPMC 304.15 Front and rear entrance doors need repaired. Doors need to close and latch. Door also need to fit reasonably in their openings and also be weather tight. IFC 703.1.2 703.2 Fire barriers&Smoke barriers such as fire doors shall be kept closed and maintained in good condition. Fire doors are kept propped open and self closing devices are not working to close doors. IPMC 305 Repair all holes in walls in common areas. IFC 906 Missing fire extinguishers in building.
