detector needed in vicinity of the bedrooms.
IPMC 305.6 Need Door hardware replaced/repaired on bedroom
door. Hardware needs to be functional.

space not installed to code. Electrical hazards in
garage include exposed wires and panel not
installed to code.
Hallway and exterior light not working.
Washer and Dryer need direct connection to outlets.
Still waiting on electrical contractor to make required
corrections.
IPMC 504 Plumbing issues need to be corrected by a licensed
plumber. Property is having an issue with system
draining properly.Toilet not secured to floor.
IPMC 603 Garage furnace not wired correctly. Correct or
remove furnace.
9-7-49-7-5 Rental registration is needed for 2018.
IPMC 304.15 Screen door was not installed correctly on the front
door.
IPMC 106.5 Abatement of violations needs to be done in a timely
