IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 Smoke detectors are needed in each bedroom and
outside bedrooms. CO detectors needed in vicinity
of bedrooms. General maintenance is needed on
detectors in place.

9-7-49-7-5 landlord license and rental registration is still
needed. 2nd Offence citation will be issued after
March 1 st 2018 for failure to register and get
inspections.
IPMC 309 Monitor mice infestation with an exterminator's report
stating no mice found.
IPMC 305 Repair all holes in walls throughout the house.
IFC 605.5 All extension cords will need to be removed.
IPMC 504 Hot water heater is not installed to code. Supply lines
are pex and not allowed installed with in 18"of the
top of the water heater.
IPMC 305.6 Interior doors,jams,and hardware need attention.
Locks and knobs are not functioning as
manufactured.
IPMC 304.15 Front and rear doors need to be operable and
weather tight.
IFC 603.3.2 Chapter 57 Fuel tank that has been out of service for over a
year needs to be removed.
IPMC 603 All appliances shall be in working condition. Stove
was not working.
IPMC 304.13 All windows shall be in good condition. Replace
missing windows on porch.
IPMC 304.12 Replace missing handrail on back stairs to rear
egress door.
1-3-2 2nd offence citation pending for failure to register
and get required inspections.
