Smoke detector needed in basement. Violation Comments IPMC 305.3 Kitchen counter tops are not maintained. Missing tiles. Defective surface conditions shall be corrected. Defective ceiling tiles that have water damage in kitchen need to be replaced. Upstairs bedroom ceiling needs repaired from the water damage that has occurred. IPMC 304.15 Front and back doors shall be maintained free of defects. Doors and assemblies shall tightly secure the door in the opening. Locks and hardware shall be functional. Doors shall be weather tight. Front door is loose in its opening. IPMC 605 Outlets throughout the house have tension strength issues and some outlets do not work. Switches for upstairs light and lights at base of stairs is sparking when turned on and off. IPMC 305.4 Transition strips are needed where they are missing. Upstairs bedrooms are one place they are needed. IPMC 504 Tub surround in upstairs bathroom needs replaced. Kitchen sink drain in the basement is leaking at basement floor. IPMC 304.13 Upstairs back bedroom needs glass replaced in the window. IFC 605.5 Extension cords are not allowed and need removed. Appliances need direct connection to the outlets. IPMC 305 Repair all holes in the walls that have holes. IPMC 307 Need handrails installed to basement. IPMC 603 Exhaust fan above stove needs a cover. Refrigerator is leaking and will need repaired to find what is causing the leak. Dishwasher is not working.All mechanical appliances shall in a safe working condition and capable of performing the intended function. Also return air vent in basement is hooked up to a dryer vent to the exterior of the house and this vent is causing cold air to get into the dinning room.
