IFC 907 915 IPMC 704 CO detectors needed on each level in vicinity of the
bedrooms.

IPMC 305 Ceiling in back room needs repaired. Peeling and
abraded paint needs corrected throughout the
house.Door moldings missing and ceiling needs
repaired above upstairs door
IPMC 605 Electric service needs repaired. Several issues with
electric panel in basement. Open panel and
breakers not attached to busebar.All outlets need
covers.
SEU cable,(service entrance cable), needs replaced.
Light installed on outside of house by driveway not
to code and outlet is not an approve outside electric
installation.
Contact a licensed electrician to correct electric
issues.
All light fixtures need approved covers.
All outlets need approved covers installed.
IPMC 307 Handrails and guard banister upstairs not installed to
code. Banister is unsafe and handrail not running
length of stairs.
9-7-49-7-5 Landlord license and rental registration needed for
all rental units in Waterloo.
IFC 605.5 Remove all extension cords. Remove hanging lights
in basement.
IPMC 504 Water heater not installed to code. Hire licensed
contractor in make corrections.
Storage of combustible material is to close to water
heater and furnace. Need 3'ft clearance.
IPMC 304.9 Front awning needs repaired it is unsafe in its
current installation.
IPMC 304.15 Glass in back door needs replaced since it is
broken.
IPMC 603 Furnace needs to maintain 68 degrees.
IFC 605.10 Space heaters in use and they need to meet
applicable fire codes and clearances.
IPMC 109 Imminent danger with electric service within the
house and on the exterior of the house.
