CO detectors are needed in the vicinity of each bedroom mounted on the outside of the bedroom walls. Violation IPMC 304.12 IPMC 304.15 Comments Need a handrail on the stairs to the basement. Front door need to fit reasonably in its opening and work as intended. All hardware associated with the function of the door needs to work as intended. Security of the door does not work, dead bolt will not function. IPMC 305 All surfaces shall be kept in good condition. Ceiling tiles missing and some not in place where drop ceiling was installed.
