Need Smoke detectors in every bedroom and
outside of the bedrooms. CO detectors are needed
in the vicinity of each bedroom mounted on the
outside of the bedroom walls.

Need a handrail on the stairs to the basement.
Front door need to fit reasonably in its opening and
work as intended. All hardware associated with the
function of the door needs to work as intended.
Security of the door does not work, dead bolt will not
function.
IPMC 305 All surfaces shall be kept in good condition. Ceiling
tiles missing and some not in place where drop
ceiling was installed.
IPMC 603 Furnace not able to maintain 68 degrees in unit.
Space heaters in use which are not allowed.
Vent covers missing and some not secured to ceiling
as intended.
All duct work associated with the furnace shall be
cleaned.
IFC 906 Fire extinguishers are expired and will need
replaced.
IFC 1030 Egress windows are required in each bedroom in
basement. Sleeping rooms shall be required to have
openings that open directly into the public war or
yard.
IFC 605.5 Extension cords need removed. Extension cord in
ceiling in child's play room ceiling needs removed.
IPMC 605 All outlets need covers and covers shall fit over
entire outlet with out the requirement of using tape to
hold cover.
All units need separate electrical supply. All units
need their own panel and access to that panel.
IFC 315 Storage in mechanical room need attention. Need
3 ' ft clearance around all water heaters and
furnaces. Clear out all material from mechanical
room.
